Saturday May 3rd

8:30 - 9:30am - Kids Aikido Class

10-12:00am - Adult Aikido Class

1:30- 3:00pm - Adult Aikido Class

3:30- 5:00pm - Weapons Class (Jo and Bokken)

6:30-9:00pm - Get together at Japaneiros Sushi Bistro and Latin Grill (Sugar Land Town Center)

Sunday May 4th

8:30 - 9:30am - Misogi Breathing (Sokushin No Gyo - Bell Meditation)

10:00 - 11:00am - Ki Class

11:00 - 11:30am - Ki Testing

12:30 - 3:00pm - Yudansha Testing
